How Our Network Works

Who you talk to
There are no staff profiles on this site, because Functionalpossession Roofing does not do the roofing work. When you call or send a request, you are routed to an independent local provider.
That provider is a separate business. They answer your questions, inspect the roof, and write the quote. Providers do the work.
What happens next
1. First, you share your town and your roof problem. 2. Next, your request is routed to a provider in our network that serves your area. 3. Then the provider talks with you and may set up a roof inspection. 4. Last, you get a written quote to review at your own pace.
Call hours vary by provider. If you reach voicemail, leave your name and town.
Questions to ask a provider
Use this list. Write down the answers.
- Are you licensed and insured here? A good answer names the license and offers proof. A red flag is "we will send it later" with no follow-up.
- Will you give me a written quote? A good answer lists materials, labor, and cleanup. A red flag is a price on a napkin.
- Who will be on my roof? A good answer explains whether it is their crew or a subcontractor.
- What warranty comes with the work? A good answer is specific and written down. A red flag is a vague promise.
- How do you handle bad weather? A good answer covers tarps, delays, and drying in the roof.
- How do you handle payment? A good answer ties payments to steps. Be careful of large cash demands up front.
Red flags to watch for
- Pressure to sign today.
- Door-to-door offers after a storm with no local address.
- No written contract.
- A quote that skips tear-off or underlayment.
You are in control
You do not have to hire the first provider. Compare two or three quotes. Check your policy if storm damage is involved, since some policies may cover sudden damage. Take your time.
