Functionalpossession Roofing is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent roofing providers. If you run a roofing company, you may be able to join our network and receive calls from people in Aberdeen and the Aberdeen area.

This page is not about jobs with Functionalpossession Roofing. We do not hire roofers as employees. We are looking for independent businesses.

Who fits

We look for providers who:

• Run their own roofing business in the area.
• Focus on roof replacement and new installs, including replacement after storm or hail damage.
• Hold the license and insurance their area requires.
• Can give clear written quotes.
• Are easy to reach and answer homeowners politely.

What we expect

Homeowners come to us because they want a straight answer. So we ask each provider to follow a short list.

1. Be honest about what the roof needs. 2. Put the scope and price in writing. 3. Show proof of license and insurance when asked. 4. Follow up on calls and requests. 5. Respect a homeowner's right to compare quotes.

We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or hide costs.

How the referrals work

A homeowner calls or sends a request. We route it to a provider in the network who serves their area. You talk to the homeowner, inspect the roof, and quote the job. You set your own prices, and you do the work. The terms of the referral arrangement are shared when you apply.

We cannot promise a set number of calls. Volume can change by season, weather, and area.
